Zhumadian Zhongtian Jinjun Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a professional semitrailer manufacturer which is approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. It integrates the research&development, design, manufacturing and sales on various kinds of semi trailers.
Our factory covers an area of more than 45,000 square meters. It has the pioneering production line of 560 meters, which is the longest one in the semi-trailer industry. The annual production capacity can reaches 15000 sets.
Our main products are skeleton container trailers, flatbed trailers,bulk cement semi-trailer, rear dump trailer, side dump trailer, and other special purpose semi-trailer.
We are committed to realizing the automation,intelligentization and digitization of the whole production line. A large number of mechanical arms, laser cutting machines, plasma cutters,AGV cars and other automatic digital equipments are applied into the production line. We also has the leading auto intelligent powder spray production line, which can realize the automatic powder coating and automobile baking process on the whole series products. The colour of our semitrailers won’t fade for 7 years.
In order to guarantee the products quality and the timeliness of the delivery, we have established deeply cooperative relations with many well-known accessory manufacturers and raw material suppliers to make sure the reliable quality . And each trailers will be made strictly inspection on line, and performance testing off line before delivery.

采用激光全自動(dòng)前處理、業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的自動(dòng)化智能靜電粉末涂裝生產(chǎn)線，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)工廠全系列產(chǎn)品的智能粉末噴涂、高溫固化的轎車烤漆工藝，確保了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量油漆效果和生產(chǎn)效率。

公司總投資9億元。
其中：一期項(xiàng)目投資人民幣3億元，占地面積291畝，廠房面積 4.5 萬平方米，年生產(chǎn)能力單班 15000 臺(tái)。
二期項(xiàng)目投資人民幣6億元，占地面積210畝，廠房面積 16 萬平方米，全部達(dá)產(chǎn)后年綜合生產(chǎn)能力單班30000 臺(tái)。

一期項(xiàng)目聚焦粉罐半掛車、自卸半掛車（側(cè)缷、后缷）、渣土自卸車產(chǎn)品組合，打造多拉（自重輕）、快跑（少維護(hù)）、心安（服務(wù)到家）的用戶口碑。
